DL Support Help Centre
CID's Distributed Learning Support ("DLSupport") team operates an online Help Centre for handling user support requests.
Use the DLSupport Help Centre to get support with the Moodle LMS, or with VCC educational technology.
- Create a new support request ("ticket") in DLSupport's database, using a simple web form.
- Check or change the status of an existing support request.
- Search the DLSupport KnowledgeBase for a quick answer to common Moodle or Ed. Tech. issues.
Emails sent to email@example.com are automatically tracked in the DLSupport Help Centre.
