VCC Program Review and Renewal processes are informed by this education policy:
VCC Policy C.3.2
The purpose of the Program Review and Renewal Policy is to support and enhance the quality of VCC programs.
In so doing, the College will be able to build confidence among internal and external stakeholders regarding the integrity, quality and effectiveness of our programs, and inform decision making.
The Ongoing Annual Program/Department Review is an opportunity for faculty and staff to examine the state of teaching and learning at the Program/Department level in a collaborative and consultative manner.
The VCC Instructional Associates are the Chairs of the Formal Program Renewal committees. In this role they are responsible for facilitating the renewal process. The goal is to link renewal recommendations to an action plan.
